Last Updated: 11-03-2026

SECTION 1 – INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, “Client”, “Reseller”, or “you”) and Social Growth (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the digital services platform located at socialgrowth.space (“Platform”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform and all services provided through it. This includes but is not limited to the website interface, internal wallet system, service ordering system, application programming interfaces (APIs), automated service delivery mechanisms, customer support systems, and any associated digital infrastructure operated by Social Growth.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, adding funds to your wallet, submitting an order, connecting through the API, or otherwise interacting with the services offered on socialgrowth.space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and discontinue all interactions with the services offered by Social Growth.

Social Growth reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time in order to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, or platform updates. Updated Terms will be published on socialgrowth.space and will become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY AND LEGAL CAPACITY

The services offered by Social Growth are intended solely for individuals and entities that possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Users must ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

The Platform is not intended for use by minors. Social Growth reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that are determined to be operated by individuals under the age of eighteen or by users who do not possess the legal authority to enter contractual agreements.

Such termination may occur without prior notice and may result in the forfeiture of any remaining wallet balances or active services.

SECTION 3 – NATURE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES

Social Growth operates as a digital marketing services platform that provides access to promotional services designed to enhance the visibility of publicly accessible social media content.

The services offered through the Platform may include engagement metrics such as followers, views, reactions, likes, members, or similar visibility indicators across various social media platforms.

All services offered by Social Growth are digital in nature. These services are intangible and are delivered electronically through automated or semi-automated systems that rely on external infrastructure and service providers.

Users acknowledge and agree that Social Growth does not own, operate, control, or maintain any third-party social media platform. This includes, but is not limited to, platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, or similar services.

Because the Platform relies on external systems and social media platforms that are beyond the Company’s control, Social Growth cannot guarantee the stability, permanence, or longevity of any delivered engagement metrics.

Social media platforms frequently update their algorithms, moderation policies, spam detection systems, and enforcement procedures. As a result, engagement metrics delivered through promotional services may fluctuate, decrease, or be removed entirely at any time.

By placing an order through socialgrowth.space, users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with promotional social media services.

SECTION 4 – USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

In order to access the services provided by Social Growth, users may be required to create an account on the Platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and authentication details.

All activities conducted through a registered account shall be deemed to have been performed by the account holder. Users therefore accept full responsibility for any actions performed under their account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Users must ensure that all information provided during account registration is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Users must also ensure that all information submitted when placing service orders—including usernames, post links, channel links, and other identifiers—is correct and valid.

Social Growth shall not be held responsible for service delivery failures resulting from inaccurate order information, private or restricted social media accounts, deleted content, username changes, or modifications to the content associated with an active order.

SECTION 5 – ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION RIGHTS

Social Growth reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused the Platform, or otherwise posed a risk to the integrity or security of the service.

Grounds for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities
• Abusing service delivery mechanisms
• Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks
• Engaging in automated abuse or denial-of-service activity
• Misusing the API infrastructure
• Violating applicable laws or regulations

In cases of account termination, Social Growth may immediately revoke access to the Platform and its services. Any remaining wallet balances, active orders, or unused credits may be forfeited.

Termination decisions made by the Company are final and may not be subject to appeal.

SECTION 6 – API ACCESS AND RESELLER LIABILITY

Social Growth may provide certain users with API access that allows automated interaction with the Platform’s service ordering systems.

API access enables users to integrate Social Growth services into external applications, websites, or reseller platforms.

Users who choose to utilize the API for resale purposes operate as independent resellers. Social Growth does not maintain any contractual relationship with the customers of such resellers.

Resellers assume full responsibility for the conduct of their customers, including the handling of disputes, refunds, complaints, or claims made by those customers.

Resellers must not misrepresent the nature of the services offered through Social Growth. They must not guarantee outcomes that cannot be controlled by the Platform, such as permanent engagement metrics or protection from social media enforcement actions.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in suspension or revocation of API access.

SECTION 7 – AUTOMATION ABUSE AND PLATFORM SECURITY

Users must not engage in activities that attempt to disrupt, exploit, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to deploying automated scripts designed to exploit system vulnerabilities, conducting denial-of-service attacks, scraping platform data, reverse-engineering the platform’s infrastructure, bypassing security mechanisms, or manipulating service queues.

Such actions may compromise the integrity and reliability of the Platform for other users and are therefore strictly prohibited.

Social Growth reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in such activities without prior notice.

SECTION 8 – PAYMENT TERMS AND INTERNAL WALLET SYSTEM

The Social Growth platform operates using a prepaid digital wallet system that allows users to deposit funds in advance and utilize those funds for the purchase of promotional services available through the Platform.

All payments made to socialgrowth.space are processed through authorized payment gateways or supported digital payment systems. Once a payment has been successfully processed and credited to the user’s internal wallet, the funds become platform credits that may be used exclusively for purchasing services offered by Social Growth.

Users acknowledge and agree that wallet balances represent prepaid service value and do not constitute a bank deposit, stored monetary account, or financial asset. Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred to external accounts, or converted into cash unless explicitly permitted by the Company.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment amounts and selected payment methods before completing transactions. Social Growth shall not be responsible for losses resulting from user errors, incorrect payment submissions, or unauthorized use of payment instruments.

The Company reserves the right to modify service pricing at any time without prior notice. Changes in pricing will apply to future orders placed after such modifications have been implemented.

SECTION 9 – REFUND POLICY AND TRANSACTION FINALITY

Due to the digital and intangible nature of the services provided through socialgrowth.space, all purchases are generally considered final once an order has been initiated or processed.

Users acknowledge that promotional services may begin processing immediately after an order is submitted, often through automated systems that interact with third-party infrastructure providers.

Because such systems cannot reliably reverse actions once initiated, refunds are not guaranteed and are typically not available for completed or partially completed services.

In limited circumstances, Social Growth may review refund requests submitted by users. Such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.

Where refunds are granted, they may be issued in the form of internal wallet credits rather than external monetary refunds.

External refunds may only be considered when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The request is submitted within a short time window after payment.
• The associated funds have not been used to place service orders.
• No service processing has begun.
• The payment transaction can be verified successfully.

Payment gateway fees, processing charges, and network fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Users agree that dissatisfaction with service outcomes, engagement drops, or delays caused by external platforms shall not automatically qualify for refunds.

SECTION 10 – SERVICE DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMERS

Social Growth provides promotional visibility services intended to enhance the perceived engagement of publicly accessible social media content.

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, performance metrics, or business results resulting from the use of its services.

Users acknowledge that engagement metrics delivered through promotional services may fluctuate due to various factors outside the control of Social Growth.

Such factors include but are not limited to algorithm updates, spam filtering systems, platform moderation policies, account restrictions imposed by social media platforms, or user actions that affect content visibility.

The Company does not guarantee that delivered engagement metrics will remain permanently associated with a user’s social media account.

Drops, fluctuations, or adjustments made by external social media platforms are considered normal operational risks associated with promotional marketing services.

By placing an order on socialgrowth.space, users acknowledge that they fully understand and accept these risks.

SECTION 11 – ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMELINES

Service delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only and represent estimated processing times based on typical service performance.

Actual delivery speeds may vary depending on service availability, third-party provider performance, infrastructure load, or changes implemented by external social media platforms.

In certain situations, service delivery may be temporarily delayed due to maintenance operations, provider limitations, or technical issues affecting the underlying infrastructure.

Social Growth will make reasonable efforts to ensure that services are delivered as efficiently as possible; however, the Company does not guarantee exact delivery times.

SECTION 12 – USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED USES

Users agree to utilize the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

Users must not engage in activities that compromise the security, stability, or integrity of socialgrowth.space.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform’s systems.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs.
• Conducting automated attacks against the Platform’s infrastructure.
• Using stolen payment methods or fraudulent financial instruments.
• Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks.
• Distributing malicious software or attempting to compromise platform security.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the offending account.

SECTION 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights associated with socialgrowth.space are owned exclusively by Social Growth or its licensors.

This includes but is not limited to the Platform’s software architecture, source code, user interface design, branding elements, service descriptions, trademarks, logos, documentation, and proprietary technology.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform’s technology or content without the express written permission of Social Growth.

Unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Social Growth, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the user’s violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

This obligation includes legal fees and costs incurred by the Company in defending against such claims.

Users also agree to indemnify Social Growth against claims brought by third parties resulting from the user’s use of promotional services through the Platform.

SECTION 15 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Social Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform.

This includes but is not limited to financial losses, reputational damage, business interruption, social media account penalties, loss of followers, algorithmic changes, or loss of data.

In any event, the maximum liability of Social Growth for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Users agree that any legal matters relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with Indian law.

SECTION 17 – CONTACT INFORMATION

Users who require assistance or have questions regarding these Terms may contact Social Growth through the official support channels listed on the Platform.

Official support contact information is available on the website socialgrowth.space.

Support requests may require reasonable processing time depending on the nature of the inquiry.
